What volunteers do
Buddy a player
Pair up with one child for the session — encourage, adapt, and celebrate every attempt.
Run drills
Set up putting, chipping and swing stations under the head coach's guidance.
Keep it safe
Help with equipment, water breaks and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Cheer loudly
The most important job of all — make sure every player feels seen.
